Welcome to Hingly (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Hingly is a content-based mobile application that provides access to news content, book summaries, and selected full books, primarily presented in Hinglish (a mix of English and Hindi written in Roman script).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

• All original summaries and written content are created specifically for Hingly.
• The App’s text, design, branding, layout, and interface are the intellectual property of Hingly unless otherwise stated.
• Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of App content is strictly prohibited.

Any third-party names, trademarks, or references appearing in the App belong to their respective owners.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree:
